BBQ Pork Cutlets & Baked Vegetables

This dish provides the body with quality lean protein and baked vegetables to compliment.

INGREDIENTS – 

  • Lean pork cutlets (140g)
  • Asparagus (5 Spears)
  • Capsicum
  • Iodised sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Herbamare (Vegetable salt)
  • Coconut oil spray

Optional Extras –

  • Carrot
  • Sweet potato
  • Crushed chilli (Masterfoods)
  • Black Swan Skinny Hommus

INSTRUCTIONS –

  1. Pre-heat BBQ on medium heat and oven fan forced to approx. 180 degrees
  2. Pre-cut vegetables and place on oven tray lined with aluminium foil
  3. Lightly sprinkle herbamare over vegetables for seasoned taste
  4. Lightly spray vegetables with coconut oil spray
