Chicken, Basmati Rice & Green Beans


This meal is a simple and easy meal to prep on the run or eaten fresh. Packed full of quality nutritious macros to promote energy and recovery.


  • Lean chicken Strips (140g)
  • Frozen or fresh green beans (150g)
  • Basmati rice (125g cooked) – Can use the express packet microwave rice


  • Skinny Hommus (Black Swan)
  • Iodised sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Minced chilli (Masterfoods)
  • Minced garlic (masterfoods)


  1. Add chicken strips to a medium pan
  2. Add crushed garlic and chilli (masterfoods brand) in with chicken
  3. Stir chicken every minute until cooked adding salt and pepper if needed
  4. Microwave packet basmati rice for 90 seconds (As per directions. Alternatively you can steam or boil rice to your liking).
  5. Add rice and chicken to a serving bowl
  6. Add skinny hommus as topping if required
