Choc Protein Mousse
The ultimate craving killer!
Water combined with TSN protein and there you have it! One of the easiest recipes to make and a great alternative to shakes. This recipe is also a fantastic option for those who have cravings after dinner.
Optional Extras –
- 1 Serving of frozen blueberries (100g) or small lady finger banana (50g)
- Cinnamon (if using vanilla flavour protein)
- Add 30g serving of TSN protein to a bowl
- Slowly add chilled water and continue mixing until protein thickens
- Can place in freezer for a couple of minutes to chill
- If needed include any optional extras for added flavour
