Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls

Great mid morning or afternoon treat

Those who are in need of a great tasting treat between meals or after dinner, this little recipe will certainly satisfy.

INGREDIENTS – 

  • 50g (1/2 cup) of Chocolate or Vanilla SP3, Pro-Petite or Six-Pack Protein Powder.
  • 20g (1/4 cup) of Shredded Coconut (Macro Brand)
  • 40g (1/4 cup) of Coconut Oil (Macro Brand)
  • 1 Tablespoon (10g) Cacao Powder (Macro Brand)
  • 1 Teaspoon of (Queen’s) Vanilla Essence
  • 3 Tablespoons water (more or less if needed)

INSTRUCTIONS –

    1. Add Protein, shredded coconut, coconut oil, cacao powder and vanilla essence into a bowl.
    2. Mix thoroughly and slowly add water until a thick consistency is formed
    3. Roll mixture into equal sized protein balls
    4. Can roll balls into more shredded coconut if needed
    5. Store into a container in fridge for 2 hours
