Chocolate Coconut Protein Balls
Great mid morning or afternoon treat
Those who are in need of a great tasting treat between meals or after dinner, this little recipe will certainly satisfy.
INGREDIENTS –
- 50g (1/2 cup) of Chocolate or Vanilla SP3, Pro-Petite or Six-Pack Protein Powder.
- 20g (1/4 cup) of Shredded Coconut (Macro Brand)
- 40g (1/4 cup) of Coconut Oil (Macro Brand)
- 1 Tablespoon (10g) Cacao Powder (Macro Brand)
- 1 Teaspoon of (Queen’s) Vanilla Essence
- 3 Tablespoons water (more or less if needed)
INSTRUCTIONS –

- Add Protein, shredded coconut, coconut oil, cacao powder and vanilla essence into a bowl.
- Mix thoroughly and slowly add water until a thick consistency is formed
- Roll mixture into equal sized protein balls
- Can roll balls into more shredded coconut if needed
- Store into a container in fridge for 2 hours
