I’ve always loved fitness I love running, I also have a great passion for football. I finished school and went to university, last year I graduated from uni and moved back home. This year I was supposed to have AFL trials to play for GWS in the winter series in April but the pandemic occurred forcing football to stop.
I made a decision at the start of the year to see how fit I could become for footy. I trained 7 days a week and sometimes exercised multiple times a day. My eating habits were not the best as I wasn’t consistent with the intake of food. I would decrease food some days and increase on others.
I made a decision to get some help in April and it was the best thing I have done. I asked the legendary Adam Bryant from TSN to help me with my fitness. From then on he backed off my training increased my food intake and made sure I followed a flexible eating plan. It definitely changed my way of thinking about food and training. I can see a big change in my fitness since starting with Adam as I can run faster and have a lot more energy during my workouts.
I haven’t stopped eating the foods I love or drinking scotch. I just don’t eat or drink them as much as I used to. I’m not after the perfect physique I’m after fitness and lifestyle ️
