Low Carb Chicken & Salad Wraps
Healthy lunch ideas for those who need to eat on the run.
If your like me and you can’t always sit down for a meal, i like to do these wraps so i can eat on the go & while running around at work. I am then enjoying a healthy meal, hitting my macros and not being tempted to make a poor choice in food while out of the house.
Low Carb & Lean Protein. Great for those who need that low carb alternative while still enjoying a tasty nutritional meal.
INGREDIENTS –
- 2 x Low Carb Mission Wraps
- 150g Grilled Chicken Breast
- Lettuce
- Tomato
- Carrot
Optional Extras
- Hommus (Willow Farm)
- Red onion
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS –
- Place wraps on bench
- Spread Hommus onto wrap (optional)
- Place Chicken and fillings into centre of wrap
- Season with Salt & Pepper (optional)
- Wrap up the fillings in the wrap
- Enjoy 🙂
