Low Carb Chicken & Salad Wraps

Healthy lunch ideas for those who need to eat on the run.

If your like me and you can’t always sit down for a meal, i like to do these wraps so i can eat on the go & while running around at work. I am then enjoying a healthy meal, hitting my macros and not being tempted to make a poor choice in food while out of the house.

Low Carb & Lean Protein. Great for those who need that low carb alternative while still enjoying a tasty nutritional meal.

INGREDIENTS – 

  • 2 x Low Carb Mission Wraps
  • 150g Grilled Chicken Breast
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Carrot

Optional Extras

  • Hommus (Willow Farm)
  • Red onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS –

  1. Place wraps on bench
  2. Spread Hommus onto wrap (optional)
  3. Place Chicken and fillings into centre of wrap
  4. Season with Salt & Pepper (optional)
  5. Wrap up the fillings in the wrap
  6. Enjoy 🙂
