Protein & Blueberry Snack

Snacking on the run has just been made a whole lot easier with these three ingredients. Great to be used as a mid morning or afternoon snack.

INGREDIENTS – 

  • 1 Serving (30g) of Slow-Pro or Femme-Pro Slim protein (choc or vanilla)
  • 1 Serving of frozen blueberries (100g)
  • Chilled water

Optional Extras – 

  • Small handful of almonds (10-15)
  • Cinnamon (if using vanilla flavour protein)

INSTRUCTIONS –

  1. Add 30g serving of TSN protein to a bowl
  2. Slowly add chilled water and continue mixing until protein thickens
  3. Add 50-100g of frozen blueberries
  4. Can place in freezer for a couple of minutes to chill
