Protein Mousse On Rice Cakes

Your quality snack idea on the go

Sometimes just a protein shake and a banana wont cut it, or your simply looking to bump up your macros for the day. This is one of the easiest recipes that I have made in over 6 months of dieting.

INGREDIENTS – 

  • 1 Serving of chocolate (14g) of TSN Protein (Can use any other flavors of choice. Personally i’d use SP3, Pro-Petite or Six-Pack for thicker consistency)
  • Original thin rice cakes (Sun Rice)

Optional Extras – 

  • Peanut butter (for those looking to boost their daily fat intake)

INSTRUCTIONS –

    1. Add Protein and optional extras to a cup or a small bowl
    2. Add slowly while stirring chilled water until you get a thick consistency
    3. Spread mixture over rice cakes and enjoy
