▫️Asparagus (5 Spears)
▫️Iodised sea salt
▫️Herbamare (Vegetable salt)

▫️Coconut oil spray

Optional Extras 

▫️Sweet potato
▫️Crushed chilli (Masterfoods)

▫️Black Swan Skinny Hommus


1. Preheat BBQ on medium heat and oven fan forced to approx. 180 degrees

2. Pre-cut vegetables and place on oven tray lined with aluminium foil

3. Lightly sprinkle herbamare over vegetables for seasoned taste

4. Lightly spray vegetables with coconut oil spray
