3/4 cup almond meal
Cheesecake Filling
Frozen berries to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
Cheesecake Base
1. Over a low heat, meltdown coconut oil, almond butter, agave nectar.
2. Add in the almond meal and Chia seeds and mix together until resembles a slice mix.
3. Press into cupcake trays.
4. Place in freezer to set.
Cheesecake Filling
1. Mix yoghurt and Slow Pro (of desired flavour) together.
2. Remove bases from the freezer, and place 1-2 tbsp of topping on each cheesecake base.
3. Crush some frozen berries, and sprinkle on top.
4. Place back in the freezer until frozen.
