Vanilla Chai Protein Cookie

Finally a macro friendly protein cookie option!

Simple recipe used to create a delicious vanilla chai protein cookie. High in protein while low in fat and carbs. Ideal for something quick on the run, or even at night when the cravings get the better of you.

INGREDIENTS – 

  • 1 Serving (30g) of TSN Veg-Pro pea protein (Vanilla Chai)
  • 2 Large Egg Whites
  • 1 tsp of baking powder

Optional Extras – 

  • peanut butter
  • nuts
  • chocolate chips
  • cacao nibs

INSTRUCTIONS –

  1. Add 30g serving of TSN Veg-Pro & 1 tsp of baking powder into a bowl
  2. Add the egg whites and mix together with a fork to form dough
  3. Place dough on baking paper and bake in the oven on high for 10-12 minutes (or until crunchy on top).
  4. Flip over for another 5 minutes until crisp
  5. Allow to cool, serve and enjoy.
  6. Optional extras can be added including peanut butter, nuts, chocolate chips or cacao nibs.
