- 15 g Smooth Almond Butter by Nutty Bruce
- 100 g Blueberries (raw; can use frozen for a cooler smoothie)
- 30 g Australian Creamy Style Instant Oats by Red Tractor Foods
- Ice (optional, for a thicker and cooler smoothie)

Blending:
In a blender, combine the Syn-Tec Glyco Whey Protein Powder, So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk, Smooth Almond Butter, blueberries, and Australian Creamy Style Instant Oats.
For a cooler, thicker smoothie, add your desired amount of ice. If using frozen blueberries, add them to the blender as well.
