Meet your Trainer
I'm definitely a foodie at heart which is why I like a structured but flexible approach to health and fitness. Weekends i'll never pass up an opportunity to eat out while enjoying a cold beer. The Sunshine Coast is where I have called home for the past 10 years. I enjoy the beach lifestyle while cruising the hinterland on my motorbike any chance I get. This gives me a level of balance to keep my foot on the throttle within the business while living life in the process.
At school they used to call me farm boy. Clearly because I grew up on a farm riding horses and motorbikes with plenty of farm animals. Every day was always an adventure within the Bryant household that's for sure. My father played Rugby League for the Canterbury Bulldogs and at a representative level.
Results are only as good as your ability to keep them
I believe in a "do it once and do it right" approach
I've battled weight issues as a kid and an adult. Lack of knowledge and an "all or nothing" mentality certainly didn't help the cause.
I've tried every diet, training routine and latest fitness trend over the years. Through those attempts I continued to be another unsuccessful "dieting" statistic. Soon enough it all began to be quite frustrating and disheartening to tell you the truth.
My thirst for knowledge led to further education within the health and fitness industry. This provided me with an understanding of how to integrate health and fitness with my lifestyle. This approach helped me achieve my ideal physique, compete in natural body building and come out the other side being able to enjoy a good balance of health, fitness and lifestyle. This is why I developed the TSN nutrition and training principles. A program aimed to deliver great results while providing the education in order to keep them.
