All items are shipped in plain packaging via Australia Post eParcel which is tracked and must be signed for by you to ensure that you receive the parcel safely. Shipping costs are based on weight. Our Free shipping over $150 offer is only available to retail customers and is not available to Personal Trainers and Gyms.
We aim to ship all orders on the day or next business day from when the order is made. However in the unlikely case we don’t have the item in stock we will order it in and ship it out as soon as possible. Our estimated shipping time is between 2-10 business days. Currently we ship items Australia wide, unfortunately we cannot ship items outside Australia. It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
