Slow Release “all rounder” Protein
SP3 is a sustained release protein blend which provides a constant supply of amino acid rich protein to support one’s muscle nutritional needs. SP3 contains a fast absorbing whey protein concentrate (WPC), and a more slowly absorbed calcium caseinate. Together these two proteins combined provide a timed release (continual drip feed) of amino acids to support muscle nutrition & recovery.
