Each week, you complete a check-in covering your progress, nutrition, training, habits, biofeedback and lifestyle. This gives your coach the information needed to guide your next steps.
Each week, you receive personalised recorded video and written feedback from your coach, helping you understand what is working, what needs adjusting and what to focus on next.
You can message your coach through the TSN app for support, questions and guidance, with a 12–24 hour response target.
Coaching Plus is designed for people who need ongoing support to stay consistent. The goal is not just short-term progress — it is helping you build the structure, confidence and education needed to maintain your results long-term.

TSN Coaching Plus is TSN’s highest level of online coaching. It includes personalised training, personalised nutrition, weekly check-ins, recorded video and written coach feedback, ongoing adjustments, app messaging support, TSN app access and Knowledge Hub access.
Coaching Plus is best suited to people who need regular accountability, education, guidance and adjustments to stay on track.
Coaching Base is for people who want a personalised plan but are comfortable working more independently. Coaching Plus includes weekly check-ins, recorded video and written coach feedback, app messaging support and ongoing training and nutrition adjustments.
