Arched Back Pull-Ups

There is a benefit of doing this exercise, it uses a pull from two different planes, horizontal & vertical.
All other pull-up variations use one or the other.
What else makes this exercise great is that it also recruits the core muscles and allows you to pull-up deeper than standard pull-ups.

To do this exercise:

Put a Double-D Handle over a pull-up bar.
Now you will grab the handles with both of your hands and start from a hanging position.
Now pull your chest up toward the handle while lifting your

hips towards the bar and your head back.
When you reach the top of the movement your chest should be touching your hands and your torso should be almost parallel to the floor.
