I came across Adam and TSN through a friend’s amazing transformation and recommendation.  I spoke to Adam who outlined the coaching he provides. I have to admit that I was hoping it would have included a written out eating plan.  Adam showed me how flexible dieting worked and macros. Adding more calories and tweaking everything to increase my metabolism that has been compromised over the years and still achieving goals. Every week he touches base with me and we update my calories and macros and go over the training program. Adam is very encouraging but also dishes out the tough love and hard facts when needed.
