I decided after many years of kickboxing and gyming myself, it was time to seek some expert advice. I was recommended to go and see Adam at TSN through a friend of mine. Since the day we began structuring my training, nutrition and lifestyle I never looked back.
Not only did I manage to put on over 10kg to my frame, the knowledge I gained throughout my transformation will be with me for life. I learned how to train and eat according to my goals… more importantly learning how to have a good relationship with food, alcohol and social outings without sabotaging my results.
I now feel this has ingrained good healthy lifestyle habits.
