The ultimate craving killer!

Water combined with TSN protein and there you have it! One of the easiest recipes to make and a great alternative to shakes. This recipe is also a fantastic option for those who have cravings after dinner.

INGREDIENTS

▫️1 Serving (30g) of Slow-Pro or Femme-Pro Slim protein (choc or vanilla)

▫️Chilled water

Optional Extras

▫️1 Serving of frozen blueberries (100g) or small lady finger banana (50g)

▫️Cinnamon (if using vanilla flavour protein)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add 30g serving of TSN protein to a bowl

2. Slowly add chilled water and continue mixing until protein thickens

3. Can place in freezer for a couple of minutes to chill

4. If needed include any optional extras for added flavour
