Snacking on the run has just been made a whole lot easier with these three ingredients. Great to be used as a mid-morning or afternoon snack.


▫️1 Serving (30g) of Slow-Pro or Femme-Pro Slim protein (choc or vanilla)
▫️1 Serving of frozen blueberries (100g)

▫️Chilled water

Optional Extras

▫️Small handful of almonds (10-15)

▫️Cinnamon (if using vanilla flavour protein)


1. Add 30g serving of TSN protein into a bowl

2. Slowly add chilled water and continue mixing until protein thickens

3. Add 50-100g of frozen blueberries

4. Can place in freezer for a couple of minutes to chill
