Ingredients

  • 40 g Syn-Tec Glyco Whey Protein Powder
  • 250 ml So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk by Sanitarium
  • 15 g Smooth Almond Butter by Nutty Bruce
  • 100 g Blueberries (raw; can use frozen for a cooler smoothie)
  • 30 g Australian Creamy Style Instant Oats by Red Tractor Foods
  • Ice (optional, for a thicker and cooler smoothie)

Instructions

Prepare Your Ingredients:

  • Measure out all the ingredients according to the list. If you prefer a colder and thicker smoothie, consider using frozen blueberries and adding a handful of ice to the mix.

Blending:

  • In a blender, combine the Syn-Tec Glyco Whey Protein Powder, So Good Unsweetened Almond Milk, Smooth Almond Butter, blueberries, and Australian Creamy Style Instant Oats.
  • For a cooler, thicker smoothie, add your desired amount of ice. If using frozen blueberries, add them to the blender as well.

Blend to Desired Consistency:

  • Secure the lid on your blender and blend the mixture on high until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the smoothie reaches your preferred texture. This could take anywhere from 30 seconds to a minute, depending on the power of your blender and whether you've used frozen ingredients.

Serve:

  • Once the smoothie has reached the desired consistency, turn off the blender. Carefully pour the smoothie into a glass or a to-go container if you're on the move.

Enjoy:

  • Enjoy your Breakfast Berry Smoothie immediately for the best flavor and nutrient content. It's a perfect, quick, and nutritious way to start your day!
